Measham Yoga Group

Friendly Hatha (gentle) yoga group for all, whether a beginner or more experienced. The group has both female and male members. Relaxation, yoga postures and lots of breathing. Do come along and try us out.

5.45pm to 6.45pm - Judo Kids for 4-6 years. 6.50pm to 8.15pm - Age 7+ British Judo Association and Amateur Judo Association syllabus' covered. Grading, competitions, Judoka. High levels of fitness and martial arts.

The Adventure Service Challenge Scheme
When 23rd September, 3.45pm
A scheme for young people aged 5 to 18, leading to a nationally recognised award. ASC is Adventure, Service and Chellenge, however it's more than that with fun, teamwork, friendship and learning.

Come along and listen to a good story or a poem over a biscuit and a cuppa at our Make Friends with a Book group.

Pilates targets the deepest muscles of the spine, providing great core, pelvic, shoulder and sinal stability, correcting and preventing injury and improving your health and wellbeing.
We help to eliminate general aches and pains, working towards a good posture and joint alignment.
Wado Ryu Karate
