At Fitness Republic our main aim is to provide a very comfortable, friendly and professional environment for you to exercise.
It’s no secret that most of your results will come from regular attendance, so providing somewhere where you can feel comfortable and at ease, together with the expert advice and guidance is our priority. Our fitness team are experienced in helping first time exercisers, and particularly those of you who are a little self conscious. We are also very skilled in helping the more experienced exercisers too, so whatever your ability, fitness level or goal, we will help you get started and get the best out of your training. Emphasis is placed on correct technique, safety, and results… after all this is what you really want!

Fitness Republic features 2 great facilities:
1. Our main mixed gymnasium for all, with cardio and weight equipment (including fixed machines, smith machine and a selection of dumbbells and barbells)
2. Our Class Studio – A great workout area for you to join in classes such as Spinning, Pilates, Zumba, Pole Fitness, Kettlercise and Insanity, with special master classes & Boot Camp sessions at the weekend!
Supporting Youth Training
Fitness Republic is a very supportive of encouraging the whole family to exercise. This is why we support training from the age of 13.
Getting started at an early age is found to be extremely beneficial to the success of keeping fit for life.
We help and guide our younger members in the gym and class facility with expert advice and continued guidance and supervision.
Correct form and technique is encouraged and shown on a continued basis, helping you get the best out of your training, safely and effectively.
We are situated in a great position in the town, with easy access and plenty of parking, shops and cafes nearby too!
